SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the following regions:
France, European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
The carrier will contact you prior to delivery if any fees are due.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

PRE-ORDERS
Some pieces are made to order or available as pre-orders. Shipping times are indicated on each product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be made within this period.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Items that are damaged, incomplete, soiled, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted, exchanged, or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and clear instructions on how to proceed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and provide the most appropriate solution.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend first completing the return process and then placing a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
