Terms and conditions of Sale

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

I.1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the terms under which Bizeup – Laura Guelle, artist-author, offers its products for sale via the website www.bizeupstudio.com (hereinafter the “Website”).

I.2 Customers

Any customer placing an order on the Website is a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for non-professional purposes and purchasing products strictly for personal use.

The customer must be of legal age or have authorization from their legal guardian and must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

I.3 Acceptance of the Terms

Any order placed on the Website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

The customer is invited to read them carefully before placing any order and to keep a copy.

The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
Bizeup – Laura Guelle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version is available on the Website.

II. PRODUCTS

II.1 Information and characteristics

Product characteristics (description, visuals, formats, etc.) are presented on the Website as accurately as possible.

Minor variations may occur depending on materials, creation techniques, or display settings.

Customers are invited to contact Bizeup for any additional information before purchase.

II.2 Images

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Colours and renderings may vary slightly depending on screens and production processes.

II.3 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery fees.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

Bizeup reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

II.4 Availability

Bizeup reserves the right to:

  • Limit or discontinue the sale of any product without prior notice

  • Modify product details without affecting confirmed orders

If one or more items are unavailable, only available items will be shipped and charged. Unavailable items will be cancelled and refunded.

II.5 Order limitations

Products are intended for personal use only.

Bizeup reserves the right to refuse or limit any order deemed abnormal or commercial in nature.

III. ORDERS

III.1 Ordering process

The customer selects products, enters their information, chooses delivery and payment methods, and confirms the order after accepting these Terms.

The order is confirmed by email.

III.2 Customer account

The customer may be required to create an account and provide personal information necessary for order processing.

III.3 Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Transactions are secured via the payment providers used by the Wix platform.

III.4 Cancellation

Bizeup reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Non-compliance with these Terms

  • Any legitimate reason compromising the order or the brand

In case of cancellation, the customer will be informed by email and fully refunded.

IV. DELIVERY

IV.1 Shipping

Orders and pre-orders are shipped via reliable carriers.

Delivery addresses must be complete and accurate. Bizeup cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect customer information, nor for carrier-related delays.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on product pages or at checkout.

Bizeup informs the customer of shipping progress and provides tracking information.

IV.2 Receipt

The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any issues.

V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

V.1 Withdrawal period

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification.

V.2 Returns

To return an item, the customer must:

  • Contact Bizeup at: hello@bizeupstudio.com within 14 days

  • Return the item in perfect condition, unused, with original packaging and labels

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

V.3 Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Initial delivery costs are refunded up to the cost of the standard cheapest delivery option.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

VI. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products benefit from legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects in accordance with French law.

In case of defect or non-conformity, the customer must contact Bizeup at hello@bizeupstudio.com.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (images, creations, texts, visuals, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Bizeup – Laura Guelle.

Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

VIII. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact:

  • The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

  • A local mediation service

  • Or, as a last resort, the competent French courts
